Meditation on Beauty

This meditation is to enhance your feeling of Inner and Outer Beauty and to allow yourSelf freedom to express your beauty from within into the real everyday world.

I feel myself floating free

In a world of no judgements and no harm

In a free floating freedom of fascinating questions

that allow me freedom inside self.

How beautiful am I today

to give myself time and energy internally

Why am I so beautiful

Let me list 100 ways.

Why can I shine today and give myself approval?

Why am I so kind to myself today and how can i show this in 10 little ways?

Why can I glow and feel free?

And How can I set myself freer in 5 helpful quaint ways?

Why can I express so freely my inner shine?

And How will I write myself one full page ?

Why am I so beautiful

Write, say, and explain in 7 direct ways.

Write myself a poem,

Now in my mind

Now in my heart

Now in my Self

Sing myself my poem so beautiful

So calm, free, and full of colour.

Let My Self express its Self.

Let my Soul Sour just for today

Then tomorrow Let my soul free again , just the same way :)

If you meditate on this and also allow yourself to write, express, sing or dance while answering the questions , you will feel a wonderful sense of freedom and upliftment.

(This meditation has been written using hypnotic language, afformations, affirmations and intuition)

Hi there,

Its beautiful spring here in Australia and my garden is bursting with colour. Tulips, rununculas, sea daisies, plumbago, satin bush, azaleas and little wildflowers too are all saying a sunny and bright hello.

Spring always reminds me of one of my favourite quotes, (this is a line from a spring poem written by Emerson)

The earth laughs in flowers“.

Hope this brightens your day

Are you finding it hard to believe what you are saying in your afformations?

Here is a reader’s question which I answered on this topic and which may apply to you as well.

“Is asking afformations really effective in manifesting? I haven’t used it for that long….for example, if I say:

Jessica, why are you a millionaire.???

my concsious mind says…you’re not….???

what’s your advice?”

Innerlight’s  answer:

I think there are probably 2 steps you might consider to help you:

1. Really understand that the brain has been built to solve challenges which come across its path. Its main job is to answer and present solutions to questions.

You may find after a little while of asking your question that your brain starts coming up with wild and wonderful ideas about WHY you ARE a millionaire. This may include some lateral thinking like :I live across a beautiful park which has cost millions of dollars to maintain and keep up..or I use a million dollar library or I get to associate with people that have millions of dollars. After a while your subconscious mind will guide you to take opportunities that allow you to include millionaire status into your life.

2. In my personal experience starting with a WHY question that is more acceptable to me and working up to the “bigger” ones works as well. For example: Why am I so rich is more general and allows me to easily include all the prosperous things that are around me in my life: my house, my friends, my love of nature, the beautiful tree in my garden, people i love etc etc. Once you get that “feeling” of “Wow, i really am soo rich in soo many ways” you may begin to find you millionaire question is much more readily answered.

Wishing you lots of abundance in every way ,

Innerlight .

Why do afformations and affirmations work so well in tandem?

Lets go through an example:

Asking an afformation like :”Why am I so resourceful?” opens up the brain’s natural drive to solve this. It will start to seek for answers. It will observe, catalog, and report back to you on exactly why you are so resourceful.

Having reinforced your resourcefulness to yourself , you can then start to work with affirmations and fine-tune the exact things you wish to reinforce. For example:

 ” I am motivated” ,

 ”I love to work”

“ Challenges help me to improve my life”

“I absorb inspirational ideas from the world around me”.

Don’t underestimate the brain’s natural instinctual drive to solve problems.

It is truly a solution -finding, problem-resolving organism which thrives on challenges you set it.

We often feel very alive when we are actively seeking solutions and creating outcomes. That is why setting goals for oneself is so important in allowing us to feel bouyant and vital and alive…

Enjoy going after your desires, wishes, and dreams.

Challenge yourself to go for a passionate, involved, creative, vital existance.

Our primary aim when using affirmations is always to inspire an action:

to create a desired result in our lives .

This action can be :

A change in our personal behaviour eg. exercise more, eat less.

Affirmation examples:

“I feel great when I take a walk.

I am motivated to move.

I enjoy small meals.

I savour every single bite of my food.

I love fresh salads.”

A change in our emotional state, eg. feel happier, feel calmer.

Affirmations examples:

“I am calm even in crisis.

I feel the calmness of a gentle breeze within me.

I feel pearls of joy every day.

I am a joy bringer to myself and those around me.”

A change in our physical  environment,eg. change our work environment, change our home environment.

Affirmations examples:

“Perfect work finds me.

I give joyfully when I work.

I earn enough through my job to keep me happy and satisfied.

I notice opportunities that are a perfect fit for me.

I love my home.

I love to create within my home.

I seek and I find.

I love my surroundings.

I choose my surroundings carefully and always make sure they suit me.”

A change in the people around us eg. different friends, new relationships.

Affirmations examples:

“I attract wonderful friends.

My friends and I share a deep, loyal bond.

I attract loving and lovable partners.

I am happy in relationships.

I see the best in myself and others.

I am a resourceful and focussed person.”

Try using some of the above affirmation examples to create the correct mindset that allows you  the freedom to act effectively.

As always use these subliminally if you find you are resistant to them on a conscious level.

(Please read my previous posts on subliminal affirmations about the power of subliminal affirmations , if you are not familiar with this concept).

Always be clear in your own mind about how much action plays a part in manifesting the life you desire. It is never enough to just say words. You must have clear intent and the integrity to follow through with accountable action.

Love and light,

Innerlight

Actions Count because :

We retain 10% of what we read.
We retain 20% of what we hear.
We retain 30% of what we see.
We retain 50% of what we hear and see.
We retain 70% of what we say.
We retain 90% of what we do.

Using our subliminal affirmations to motivate us towards having an active life is empowering.

Some examples of affirmations we can use are these:

I love using my knowlege.

I feel great when I participate.

I am happiest when I’m active.

I own my knowledge by testing it in the real world.

Motivation is part of me.

I am motivated to act.

I am motivated to implement my knowledge.

i incorporate my knowledge and learnings into my everyday life.

I feel thrilled when I use new knowledge in my everyday life.

Using these affirmations either consciously or sub-consciously are extremely empowering.

Try them out!! Enjoy them!! Allow yourself to have an action-filled, lively, fulfilling life.

This beautifully evocative and powerfully renewing poem is perfect to meditate upon:

“The winds will blow their freshness into you

and the storms their energy,

while cares will drop away from you

like the leaves of autumn.”

My favourite subliminal affirmations that I’m using at present:

Happiness:

My feelings are healthy.

I am happy with the world.

I experience joy every day.

Rejuvenation:

I really noticed that I have aged since a very stressful event last year and I have recently found these very very helpful affirmations on rejuvenation. Started using them about 4 weeks ago and am starting to see visible signs of looking less haggard and more youthful again.

“I sparkle with vitality”

“I am a dynamic person”

“I feel young and powerful”

“I am living my life to the full”

“I can think clearly”

“I find it easy to relax”

Some of  these are taken from a subliminal message software program called subliminal flash.

Always remember, when using affirmations use the ones that really feel right to you, and adapt ones you like and make them your own.
Fewer affirmations are often the best way to go. If you can get 10 really appropriate affirmations going for you then use them regularly until you feel your situation change and then change your affirmations to new ones.

For many more ideas on affirmation wordings look here.

I am keeping an eye on this blog http://subliminalmessagesreviews.wordpress.com as they have pointed out to me a few new subliminal sites that I wasn’t aware of.

Imagine riding a bike in tandem, with both of you pedalling sometimes and other times one of you just goes along for the ride. Both trusting and relying on each other to get to your favourite places.

Or imagine pedalling at different speeds and trying to steer the bike towards different directions.  Imagine not quite knowing what the other one is up to and not trusting them to take you where you want to go.

OOOOOOOOPS…that doesn’t work too well ,does it?

This is what we often try to do with our conscious and sub-conscious minds. Although they should be working in tandem, trusting each other and playing as a team with the same goals, sometimes this does not occur.

The conscious mind is aiming to be happy and successful, while the sub-conscious is aiming to be disappointed and a failure.

The conscious mind is aiming for an abundant life with many friends, while the sub-conscious mind is aiming for a sadder life with no friends.

And, guess what? The sub-conscious team player is stronger, faster, more adept, and totally , ruthlessly efficient ,at attaining its goals.

This is happening at some level, most of the time ,in all of us.

That is why we sometimes feel caught in a struggle within ourselves. Often feeling desperately inadequate and frustrated that somehow, no matter what we do, we can’t seem to get the results we really want.

The solution is many- fold:

*We need to consiously have our goals for ourselves explicitly clear. This is where goal-setting and clarity of intent are crucial life skills.

*Once we are clear on our conscious goals we need to communicate these effectively to our sub-conscious mind.

*One way of doing this is to put our conscious goals at a subliminal level so that they can be communicated effectively to our sub-conscious mind. It will then understand that these ideas are the direction you want your life to take.

Subliminal affirmations do a particular job:

They speak directly to the sub -conscious mind and allow it to be ‘re-programmed’.

Subliminal affirmations can do this because they speak at that sub-perceptive level. This is usually at speeds of between 10-30 milliseconds. Subliminal affirmations need to be fast because then the conscious perceptive mind is by-passed and the sub-conscious can install the new idea very quickly.

*We need to have images around us that continually reinforce our conscious goals, we need to establish symbols that represent what we desire surrounding us in the real world .

The symbols , allow both ‘minds’ , to be reminded of where we are heading and what we want.

*We can use pictures, symbols, objects eg: if a particular stone reminds you of how wonderful you feel when you are on holiday, and you want more holidays in your life , then have that stone on display. It can be any object at all as long as that object represents some quality you want and desire in your life.
