I've finally found it, affirmations in a format that actually works. Jeff Staniforth(he's a top guy in the motivational/self-improvement field) has come out with affirmations software that downloads straight onto your computer with high technology add-ons that are effective and easy to use. (I mean I can use it and I'm techno challenged.)
